Costs
If the device is within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer the repair costs will be covered by the manufacturer. The guarantee does not cover damages caused by the buyer, e.g. due to improper handling.
Devices that are out of warranty will be billed according to the time and effort involved. On request wen can make an estimate of the costs in advance.
